15.09.2025 - Teamarbeit in Kürnbachs historischem Ortskern: Große Übung der Feuerwehren Kürnbach und Oberderdingen

Kürnbach/Oberderdingen. Am Montag, 15.09.2025 fand in Kürnbach eine großangelegte Feuerwehrübung statt. Rund 40 Einsatzkräfte der Feuerwehr Kürnbach sowie der Feuerwehr Oberderdingen mit den Abteilungen Oberderdingen, Flehingen und Großvillars probten gemeinsam den Ernstfall.

Übungsobjekt war das ehemalige Gasthaus Lamm, ein historischer Gebäudekomplex mitten im Ort. Schon beim Eintreffen der ersten Kräfte aus Kürnbach zeigte sich eine anspruchsvolle Lage: dichter Rauch stieg aus dem Innenhof auf. Im Zwischenbau zwischen Kegelbahn und Wirtshaus war ein Feuer ausgebrochen. Zwei Bauarbeiter galten als vermisst, gleichzeitig drohte der Brand auf Gasthaus und Kegelbahn überzugreifen.

Die Kürnbacher Einsatzkräfte begannen sofort mit Brandbekämpfung und Personensuche. Parallel wurde die Alarmstufe erhöht und weitere Kräfte nachgefordert: die Drehleiter und das Mittlere Löschfahrzeug aus Flehingen, ein weiteres Mittleres Löschfahrzeug aus Großvillars sowie der Einsatzleitwagen aus Oberderdingen. Mehrere Atemschutztrupps der beteiligten Wehren löschten das Feuer, retteten drei Jugendliche aus der Kegelbahn, suchten das Gasthaus nach den Bauarbeitern ab und retteten diese über die Drehleiter.

Die Übung wurde gemeinsam durch Führungskräfte aller beteiligten Wehren beobachtet, um Abläufe zu analysieren und die Zusammenarbeit zu stärken. Besonders wertvoll ist für alle Beteiligten der Austausch im Anschluss an solche Übungen: Was lief gut, wo lassen sich Abläufe optimieren? Solche Erfahrungen stärken nicht nur die Einsatzfähigkeit, sondern auch das Vertrauen untereinander.

Danach ging es für alle in das Feuerwehrhaus Kürnbach. Bei heißer Wurst, Butterbrezeln und kühlen Getränken klang der Abend in kameradschaftlicher Runde aus. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei Heike Weiß und Michael Kenner für die Bereitstellung des Gebäudes als Übungsobjekt und die Stiftung des Vespers sowie bei allen teilnehmenden Kameradinnen und Kameraden für den gelungenen Übungsabend!
