11.09.2025 - Brandschutzerziehung: 19 Kindergartenkinder zu Besuch im Feuerwehrhaus

Oberderdingen. Am Donnerstag, den 11. September 2025, bekam die Feuerwehrabteilung Oberderdingen besonderen Besuch: 19 Vorschulkinder und vier Erzieherinnen der Kindertagesstätte Ideenreich im Blanc & Fischer Haus waren zu Gast im Feuerwehrhaus. Dort erwartete sie ein spannender Vormittag rund um das Thema Feuerwehr.

Mit den Mannschaftstransportwagen holten wir die Gruppe gegen 9.30 Uhr am Kindergarten ab. Am Feuerwehrhaus angekommen, wurden die Kinder herzlich von Kameraden der Alters- und Einsatzabteilung sowie einer Jugendfeuerwehrkameradin begrüßt.

Dann ging es auch schon los: Bei einer Hausführung konnten die Kinder die verschiedenen Funktionsräume entdecken und sogar den 21 Meter hohen Übungsturm erklimmen. Von oben staunten alle nicht schlecht, wie winzig die abgestellten Feuerwehrfahrzeuge auf dem Hof wirkten.

Natürlich durften die Fahrzeuge anschließend ausgiebig erkundet werden. Ob Einsatzleitwagen, Gerätewagen oder Löschfahrzeug – alles wurde neugierig begutachtet, und die Feuerwehrangehörigen beantworteten geduldig alle Fragen. Besonders beliebt war das Anprobieren der Uniformen – einmal selbst Feuerwehrfrau oder Feuerwehrmann zu sein, sorgte für leuchtende Augen.

Zum großen Finale hieß es „Wasser marsch!“: Mit einem echten Feuerwehrschlauch durften die Kinder selbst spritzen und dabei Feuerwehrfeeling pur erleben.

Gegen Mittag brachten wir die etwas müde, aber sehr glückliche Gruppe zurück in den Kindergarten. Wir hoffen, dass dieser Ausflug den Kindern viel Freude bereitet hat – und vielleicht sehen wir den einen oder die andere in ein paar Jahren bei der Jugendfeuerwehr wieder.
